The Core Facility for Bioinformatics offers both software and hardware resources for genomics data analysis.

Our computing infrastructures are located at both the PGC-CFB, and the National Computer Center. Our servers are internally connected by a 10-Gigabit Ethernet or 1-Gigabit Ethernet fabric. The servers at NCC and PGC-CFB are currently linked by a dedicated 100 Mbps connection (upgrade to 1-Gbps link soon).
